Our Conference Refund Policy
If you have registered for the conference and cancel 30 days or more before the conference starts, then you will receive a full refund of the registration fees.
If you cancel less than 30 days in advance of the conference, there will be no refund (at Gravitec's discretion) because we will have given the hotel our final attendee counts and will be charged 100% for your attendance whether you attend or not.
